September 2nd, DAY 2



Breakfast:
x1 black coffee (I know, but the excuse was that I had to work)

Lunch:
- The biggest salad (iceberg lettuce) with homemade mustard vinaigrette, sunflower seeds and almonds
- A fist-size of yesterday's failed salmon
- A fist-size of yesteday's failed spinach

Dinner:
ALL YOU CAN EAT at Shabusen with friends = epic potential fail.
All I could eat was tuna/salmon sashimi, mussels and squid. I cheated with a bit of spinach gomae and like 5 servings of edamame beans (soy is not paleo friendly).

There I was pathetically picking away at my beans while watching everyone else pig out on chopped scallop cones and rolls. :(
